Went to Cannibal, and bought less than I anticipated … but, still bought a pair of knicks, and a pair of 34” ‘work shorts’ … which are too small - talk about aspirational :p
Have ‘discovered’ another radio station on 105.7 FM that almost eases the pain of the loss of novanation … well, almost :p
Seems to be a local radio station, playing a lot of EDM … but seems that it is almost all ‘singles’, rather than ‘hours’ of mixes? But, that being said, they do have there moments, and maybe after 2000 they play more mixes - I have been going to bed a tad earlier than usual … anyone would think I was not on holidays!
Speaking of which, I might try getting out early for a swim, having a coffee; come back, potter around, do some study, have a rest; and, then go out for another walk/swim, before settling in for the night?
The local bottleshop has my favourite cider, the Mercury hard cider, albeit it for $16/pack … I was spoiled by those days of $12/pack :( So tonight I have bought some and have been snacking out on prawn, wrapped in rye bread & mayo :)
Must say, in passing, that the hill to get back to this place makes it an interesting exercise in trying to minimise the pain - came back in on the short, but steep one, and decided to walk most of it :o
